How long does delivery take?

Our packages have an average delivery time of:

  • Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
  • Delivery time: 2-6 days (Mon-Sat)

This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, and therefore do not want to ship orders every day. We collect packages in large quantities, and once we reach our minimum order amount, everything is shipped at once. We hope you understand this and contribute to a better and healthier world.

What is your return policy?

You may wish to return an order, perhaps because you do not like the product or for another reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to you. The only cost you must pay is the return shipping fee from your home to the warehouse. This cost depends on the product and packaging. Exact prices can be found on your carrier’s website. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at info@tata-fashion.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product is received in good condition.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct depreciation from your refund. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well packed when you return it.

Can I cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order or part of an order at our discretion at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

In case of cancellation after placing the order, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it was only a second later), because the retailer/credit card company charges us a cancellation fee.

Please note that an order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, or defective items. Provide your order number, photos of the items, and any references when contacting us about your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How secure is my online order?

When you place an online order with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL-encrypted website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are approved and authorized. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How much are the shipping costs?

As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping to our customers in Denmark.

Where is my package?

When the package is ready, it is handed over to our shipping company, and you will receive a notification so you can track your shipment.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.

Why does the tracking of my package not work?

In some cases, it may take one to two business days for the carrier to update the package’s location. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.

Would you like to exchange an item?

That’s no problem! Please contact us at info@tata-fashion.com. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Wrong delivery address?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will try to change the order for you.
